摘要
设计推板式造波机的目的是在实验室的水池中模拟自然界中的波浪,为环境恶劣的海洋工程建设提供深入分析和研究的数据,从而进行可靠的理论推测。依据造波要求设计了造波机的整体机械结构,该机以滚珠丝杠为传动装置,运行平稳,可靠性高;并对主要部件推波板进行了校核及有限元分析,最终设计出了完整的推板式造波机。
The purpose of designing the push-plate wave-making machine is to simulate the waves in the nature in the pool of the laboratory,to provide in-depth analysis and research data for the harsh environmental marine engineering construction,so as to make a reliable theoretical guess.The overall mechanical structure of the wave-making machine is designed according to the wave-making requirements.The machine uses ball screw as the transmission device,which runs smoothly and has high reliability.And the main component(the wave plate)was checked and finite element analysis,and finally a complete wave plate wave machine was designed.
