锁紧缸体加载试验工艺技术研究

摘要 针对锁紧缸体加载试验存在的问题,通过提出方案、方案优选、方案确定、试验工艺装置设计等一系列工作开展锁紧缸体加载试验技术研究。研制了锁紧缸体加载试验工艺装置,根据强度校核理论对工艺装置的关键部件--加载帽和工艺销轴进行了强度校核,验证了加载试验工艺装置的安全性和可靠性,且整个装置能满足安装时间短、观测及时、无等待等工艺要求,大大提高了试验效率。 Aiming at the problems of locking cylinder block loading test process,this paper carried out research on the locking cylinder block loading test technology by proposing a scheme,scheme optimization,scheme determination,and test process device design.A technological device for loading test of locking cylinder was developed.According to the strength checking theory,the key components(loading cap and process pin)of the process device were checked for strength.The safety and reliability of the loading test process device are verified,and the whole device can meet the process requirements of less installation time,timely observation and no waiting,which greatly improves the test efficiency.
