摘要
在原有电控系统的基础上,采用伦茨伺服控制器及伺服电机,对中支滤棒成型机中线胶的施胶及供胶方式进行改进,将原有的自流式供胶、接触式施胶的方式改进为齿轮泵供胶、非接触式螺旋喷胶;修改了PLC控制程序及触摸屏界面,以显示、调整中线胶胶量。这些措施解决了胶液断流、胶量不能精确调节、高透成型纸胶液反渗等问题,使滤棒质量及设备效率得到了显著提升。
Based on the original electronic control system,the methods for midline glue application and supply of the medium-sized filter rod maker are improved by the introduction of the Lenze servo controller and servo motor.The original self-flow glue supply and contact sizing methods are improved into gear pump glue supply and non-contact spiral spray glue.Modify the PLC control program and touch screen interface to display and adjust the amount of midline glue.These measures have solved the problems of glue cutoff,glue volume can not be accurately adjusted,high permeability forming paper glue liquid reverse osmosis,etc.,so that the quality of the filter rod and equipment efficiency have been significantly improved.
