摘要 我国电梯总量逐年递增,电梯的能耗问题也成为了研究热点。通过对曳引电梯动力学模型进行分析,发现对电梯能耗影响较大的因素主要有电梯的引机形式、曳引效率、最大加速度、能量回馈装置、平衡系数。对这5个影响因素进行了研究,结果表明:在引机形式不同情况下,电梯耗能量各不相同,永磁同步和交流变压变频调速异步电机作为引机的电梯耗能较小;电梯具有能量回馈装置比一般电梯节能17.60%以上;最大加速度会影响电梯启动以及制动的耗能变化;平衡系数的改变会影响电梯耗能的大小,其数值在0.4~0.5之间时,平衡系数越大,电梯耗能越小。 The total number of elevators in China is increasing year by year,and the energy consumption of elevators has also become a research hotspot.By analyzing the dynamic model of the traction elevator,it is found that the factors that have a greater influence on the energy consumption of the elevator mainly include the elevator's hoisting form,traction efficiency,maximum acceleration,energy feedback device,and balance coefficient.The five influencing factors were studied,and the results showed that the energy consumption of elevators was different under different types of traction machines,and the permanent magnet synchronous and AC variable frequency variable frequency speed control asynchronous motors as traction machines,elevators consumed less energy.The elevator has an energy feedback device that saves energy by more than 17.60%compared to general elevators.The maximum acceleration will affect the energy consumption of elevator starting and braking.The change of the balance coefficient will affect the energy consumption of the elevator.When the value is between 0.4 and 0.5,the larger the balance coefficient,the smaller the energy consumption of the elevator.
