一种无线控制的大型LED灯光阵列装置设计

摘要 为解决现有LED灯光阵列中发光小球的提升线缆粗大、运动速度低、行程短的问题,采用了灯光供电与变色控制分离的技术方案。利用特制钢丝绳,实现发光小球的供电和上下运动提升;基于ZigBee无线技术实现了灯光的实时变色控制;采用交流伺服电机以带动转盘卷扬钢丝绳上下运动,并基于EtherCAT总线实现了多点大规模伺服电机的实时控制。所设计的LED灯光阵列,线缆直径降低至1.5 mm,小球最大运动速度可达4 m/s,运动行程可达10 m,适用于科技馆、酒店大厅、机场大厅等场合。 In order to solve the problems of the large lifting cable,low movement speed and short stroke of the luminous ball in the existing LED light array,the technical solution of separating the light power supply and the color change control is adopted.Use special steel wire rope to realize power supply and up and down movement of the luminous ball.Based on ZigBee wireless technology,real-time color change control of lights is realized.The AC servo motor is used to drive the turntable to wind the steel wire rope up and down,and the real-time control of the multi-point large-scale servo motor is realized based on the EtherCAT bus.The designed LED lighting array,the cable diameter is reduced to 1.5 mm,the maximum movement speed of the ball can reach 4 m/s,and the movement stroke can reach 10m.It is suitable for science and technology museum,hotel lobby,airport lobby and other occasions.
