摘要
无线通信技术在起重机上的应用联通了起重机与地面工作站之间的数据传输,它不但能将起重机上所有监测设备的运行状态及时准确地发送到地面工作站,而且能把地面工作站的指令传输给起重机。介绍了起重机上无线通信的实现方案,包括硬件配置和软件调试。无线网络给起重设备维护带来了很多便利,现场维护管理人员不上车就能够掌握设备的运行状态、故障报警等信息;无线通信技术也为无人天车、集群化起重机管理提供了有力支撑。
The application of wireless communication technology in crane connects the data transmission between crane and ground workstation.It can not only send the operation status of all monitoring equipment on the crane to the ground workstation timely and accurately,but also transmit the instructions of the ground workstation to the crane.The implementation scheme of wireless communication on the crane is introduced,including hardware configuration and software debugging.The wireless network brings a lot of convenience to the maintenance of lifting equipment.On-site maintenance and management personnel can grasp the equipment's operating status,fault alarm and other information without getting on the train.Wireless communication technology also provides strong support for the management of unmanned cranes and cluster cranes.
