摘要
简要介绍了钕铁硼材料及其生产工艺,设计了钕铁硼生产过程中取向成型工艺段的自动化系统。系统分为工况检测、称重、装料、取向成型4个部分,给出了各部分的控制流程及取向退磁的主电路,实现了钕铁硼生产过程中取向成型环节的技术创新和工艺创新。
The NdFeB material and its production process are briefly introduced,and the automation system of the orientation molding process section in the production process of NdFeB is designed.The system is divided into four parts:working condition detection,weighing,loading,and orientation molding,and the control flow of each part and the main circuit of orientation demagnetization are given.Realized the technological innovation and process innovation in the orientation molding link in the production process of NdFeB.
