摘要
起重机起升机构的启动是一个从静止到稳定运行的过程,传统的电气控制方式会对机械结构造成一定的冲击。通过一个工程实例,深入分析起升机构变频器启动时的各项参数曲线,并结合现场运行条件,经过多次调试,得出了起升机构变频器的优化参数。该参数最大程度上减小了启动过程中机械结构之间的冲击,可为电气工程师现场调试提供参考。
The start of the crane lifting mechanism is a process from static to stable operation,and the traditional electrical control method will cause a certain impact on the mechanical structure.Through an engineering example,in-depth analysis of the various parameter curves of the hoisting mechanism inverter at startup,combined with the on-site operating conditions,after many times of debugging,the optimized parameters of the hoisting mechanism inverter were obtained.This parameter minimizes the impact between the mechanical structures during the startup process,and can provide a reference for electrical engineers to debug on site.
