铸铁煤气管道泄漏原因分析

摘要 以一起埋地铸铁煤气管道泄漏事故为例,通过宏观检查、环境调查、水质分析、X光衍射物相测定和元素化学成分分析,认为电化学腐蚀是造成管道泄漏的直接原因,企业安全生产主体责任缺失、巡线管理制度不健全且职责不到位、管道选材和防腐设计错误是导致管道泄漏的管理原因,在此基础上提出了防止此类事故的几点建议。 Taking a leakage accident of a buried cast-iron gas pipeline as an example,through macro inspection,environmental investigation,water quality analysis,X-ray diffraction phase determination and element chemical composition analysis,it is believed that electrochemical corrosion is the direct cause of pipeline leakage.The lack of responsibility for the main production safety of the enterprise,the imperfection of the patrol management system and the inadequate responsibilities,the selection of the pipeline materials and the anticorrosion design errors are the management reasons leading to pipeline leakage.On this basis,some suggestions for preventing such accidents are put forward.
