矿砂船主柴油机扫气管道加装滤器的改造设计

摘要 散货码头存在粉尘污染,在矿砂船靠泊作业时,船舶的主柴油机面临粉尘随着空气进入气缸的危险。根据现有船舶柴油机的设计,通过提出在主机进气管道内加装滤器的改造方案,以达到保障船舶主动力设备安全运行的目的。 Dust pollution exists in bulk cargo terminals.When the ore carrier is berthing,the main diesel engine on the ship is in danger for the dust may enter the cylinder with the air.According to the design of the existing ship diesel engine,the modification scheme of adding filter in the main engine inlet pipeline is proposed to guarantee the safe operation of the ship main power equipment.
