摘要
为了深入研究液冷机载电子设备的凝露问题,从凝露定义、形成条件入手,分析了机载电子设备在典型环境试验条件产生凝露的可能性。对液冷模块、高低温箱中产生凝露的条件进行了详细分析,为有针对性地开展防凝露或排水设计提供参考。
In order to study the condensation problem of liquid-cooled airborne electronic equipment,the definition and formation conditions of condensation are given,and the typical environmental test conditions and the possibility of condensation of airborne electronic equipment are analyzed.The conditions of condensation in liquid-cooled modules and high and low temperature cabinets are analyzed,which provides a reference for anti-condensation or drainage design.
