摘要
剪叉式高空作业车多层剪叉机构分别通过3组运动副相互连接,由油缸做功产生的力使得叉架整体可以实现上下运动。为了计算各层叉架铰点的受力情况和应力状况,首先利用能量守恒定律得到油缸做功与叉架起升高度的对应关系,再进一步借助偏导数的方法得到油缸力和起升角度的关系,从而能够得到任意起升角度条件下,任意铰点轴的受力状态。
The multilayer scissor mechanism is connected to each other through three sets of motion pairs,and the force generated by the work of the oil cylinder makes the fork frame as a whole move up and down.In order to calculate the force at the hinge points of the forks of each layer,the correspondence between the work of the cylinder and the lifting height of the fork is obtained by using the law of conservation of energy,and then the relationship between the force of the cylinder and the lifting angle is obtained by means of partial derivatives.In this way,the force state of any hinge point axis under any lifting angle condition can be obtained.
