摘要
以斜沟煤矿预掘回撤通道双排垛式支架支护收尾回撤工程实况为背景,采用理论分析、现场十字布点法收集矿压数据、矿压在线监测系统地面计算机监测、数值软件曲线拟合等手段,深入分析特厚煤层(平均煤厚14.4 m)综放工作面收尾期间,老顶周期来压步距变化规律,以及回撤通道围岩变形、破坏变形规律,为预掘回撤通道巷道尺寸、支护设计及补强支护方案提供依据。现场工况试验表明:新型垛式支架支护顶板效果显著,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制,预掘回撤通道收尾工艺有效,提高了收尾工效。
Based on the actual situation of the double row stacking support closing and withdrawing project of the pre excavation and withdrawing channel in Xiegou Coal Mine,this paper uses theoretical analysis,on-site cross point method of mine pressure measurement,on-line monitoring system of mine pressure ground computer monitoring,numerical software curve fitting and other means,to analyze the change of the weighting step distance of the old roof cycle during the closing period of the fully mechanized caving face in the extra thick coal seam(average coal thickness 14.4 m).The law of deformation and failure deformation of the surrounding rock of the back excavation channel provide the basis for the size of the pre excavation back excavation channel roadway,support and reinforcement support scheme.The field working condition test shows that the new-type cribbing support roof effect is significant,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled,and the closing technology of the back excavation channel effectively improves the closing effect.
