Analysis on Jamming Problem of an Aero-engine Output Shaft

针对某型航空发动机发生的输出轴转子卡滞问题,建立了故障树,进行了设计复查,确定故障原因为后盖与其配合的零部件发生刮磨。提出了试车后检查及细化发动机修理要求的措施,经外场验证,表明了改进措施的有效性。

Aiming at the jamming problem of the output shaft rotor of a certain aero engine,a fault tree is established and the design review is carried out to determine the cause of the fault is the scraping of the back cover and its matching components.The measures for post-commissioning inspection and refinement of engine repair requirements are proposed,and field verification shows the effectiveness of the improvement measures.
