摘要
为保证往复压缩机长时间的运行安全,对2D-90往复压缩机实验机的监控系统进行了设计。结合PLC与WINCC技术开发了可用于大型2D、4M型往复压缩机的监控系统,实现了对往复压缩机运行过程中温度、压力和气体流量的监控功能。调试实验表明,该监控系统保证了2D-90往复压缩机工作的安全性和可靠性,且可以完成对大型往复压缩机运行过程中主要参数的监控功能,具有设计周期短、开发成本低等优点。
In order to ensure the long-term operation safety of the reciprocating compressor,this paper designs the monitoring system of the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor experimental machine.Combining PLC and WINCC technology,a monitoring system that can be used for large 2D and 4M reciprocating compressors is developed,and the monitoring functions of temperature,pressure and gas flow during the operation of reciprocating compressors are realized.Debugging experiments show that the monitoring system guarantees the safety and reliability of the 2D-90 reciprocating compressor,and it can complete the monitoring of the main parameters of the large reciprocating compressor during operation.
