一种螺旋排列装置的改进设计

摘要 介绍了一种螺旋排列装置的改进设计,用于三元加料复合滤棒的生产。三元加料复合滤棒是一种两端为料棒段,中间为加料段的滤棒。原有螺旋排列装置为齿轮传动,更换生产规格时在更换螺旋排列辊筒的同时还要重新计算齿轮的传动比,并根据算得的传动比及中心距重新设计加工齿轮,生产规格的更换周期较长,工作量较大。原有螺旋鼓轮由于整体长度较短,有时排列效果并不理想。针对这些问题,对原有螺旋排列装置进行了改进设计,采用伺服电动机跟随驱动,并重新设计了螺旋鼓轮。通过在生产过程中实际应用,不仅缩短了产品规格的更换周期,降低了工作强度,产品质量也有了显著提高。 This paper mainly introduces an improved design of a spiral arrangement for the production of ternary feed composite filter rods.The ternary feeding composite filter rod is a filter rod with two ends at the feeding rod section and a feeding section at the middle.The original spiral alignment device is gear transmission.When changing the production specifications,the gear ratio of the gear must be recalculated at the same time when the spiral alignment rollers are replaced.The gears are redesigned based on the calculated transmission ratio and center distance,and the production specifications have a longer replacement cycle and a larger workload.Due to the short overall length of the original spiral drum,the alignment effect is sometimes not ideal.Aiming at these problems,the original spiral arrangement is improved,the servo motor is used to follow the drive,and the spiral drum is redesigned.Through practical application in the production process,not only the product specification replacement cycle is shortened,the work intensity is reduced,but the product quality has also been significantly improved.
