摘要
针对综采工作面液压支架电液控制系统阀芯自动装配生产线,设计了一套阀芯零件自动供料系统,对该系统进行了技术要求分析、总体结构设计、关键元部件设计等,通过现场实践运行效果表明,该套系统完全实现了阀芯零件的全自动供料,并提高了产品装配质量稳定性,满足设计要求。
This paper designs an automatic feeding system for valve spool parts for valve core automatic assembly production line of fully mechanized mining face hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system.Technical requirement analysis,overall structure design and key component design of the system are introduced.The practical operation results show that the system fully realizes the automatic feeding of valve spool parts.It also improves the stability of product assembly quality and meets the design requirements.
