整合资源模式在惠州地区青光眼筛查中的应用

Application of integrated resource model in glaucoma screening in Huizhou area

目的:探讨整合资源模式在惠州地区40岁以上人群青光眼筛查中的应用。方法:惠州市中心人民医院培训惠州地区基层医疗机构人员,整合基层医疗机构建立转诊及规范的诊疗制度。对2018年3月至2019年3月484人(968眼)进行情况眼筛查。结果:其中男169人(338眼),女315人(630眼),年龄范围40~90岁,平均(58.26±19.10)岁。周边前房角狭窄者39眼,中深前房者327眼,深前房者602眼,可疑青光眼为9人(15眼),最终确诊为原发性青光眼的患者为7人(13眼),惠州地区原发性青光眼的发病率为1.45%。结论:整合资源转诊筛查模式可有效地筛查出惠州地区青光眼的流行病学特征,且学习曲线短,节约成本,便于在乡镇卫生院开展。

Objective To investigate the application of integrated resource mode in glaucoma screening for people with age above 40 years in Huizhou area.Methods Huizhou Municipal Central People’s Hospital trained technicians in primary medical institutions,integrated resources of primary medical institutions,and established referral,standardized diagnosis and treatment system in Huizhou area.From Mar.2018 to Mar.2019,968 eyes of 484 subjects were screened jlancoma.Results There were 338 eyes of 169 males and 630 eyes of 315 females.The average age was(58.26±19.10)years,ranging from 40 to 90 years.There were 39 eyes with peripheral shallow anterior chamber,327 eyes with moderate peripheral anterior chamber width,and 602 eyes with deep anterior chamber.Fifteen eyes of 9 subjects had suspected glaucoma.Thirteen eyes of 7 patients were finally confirmed as primary glaucoma.The incidence of primary glaucoma was 1.45%in Huizhou area.Conclusion The integrated resource referral screening model can effectively screen out the epidemiological characteristics of glaucoma in Huizhou area more economically.The learning curve is short,and it’s easy to carry out in township hospitals.
