摘要
多孔板广泛被用于复杂流场中起均流以及节流作用。对于复杂系统的整体仿真计算,多孔板孔间尺寸过小,在实际建模过程中会使计算时间和资源成倍增加。本文通过对比多孔板实际建模和多孔板简化模型计算结果,明确了影响简化建模计算准确性的各因素,并将简化建模和试验数据进行对比,验证了简化建模方法的正确性。
Perforated plate is widely used for flow rectification and throttling in complex flow field.Simulation by actual size for complex system makes the cost of time and resource increase exponentially because of the small size between holes.This paper compares the simplified model and actual model to clarify the factors,which have effect on accuracy of simplified simulation.And the correctness of simplified simulation technology for perforated plates is validated by comparing simplified simulation and experimental results.
