远程诊断系统人机交互界面设计与实现研究

摘要 远程诊断系统是互联网技术与现场控制技术的结合,web技术的引入使得用户仅通过浏览器就可以远程获取现场发电设备的实时数据、工作状态和诊断信息,极大提高了诊断服务的灵活性和高效性。本文从人机交互的概念和规则、用户的基本需求出发归纳总结出人机交互界面设计的一般性原则,并根据该原则完成了web远程诊断系统的界面设计工作。该系统在实际工程中,操作逻辑、数据可视化等方面符合电厂用户的思维模式和工作习惯,得到了良好的应用。 The remote diagnosis system is the combination of Internet technology and control technology,and the introduction of web technology makes it possible to obtain remote real-time data,working status and diagnostic information of power equipment through the browser,which greatly improves the flexibility and efficiency of diagnostic services.This paper summarizes the general principles of human-computer interface design from the concept and rules of human-computer interaction and the basic demands of users,and completes the interface design of web remote diagnosis system according to this principle.In the actual project,the operation logic,data visualization and other aspects of the system are in line with the thinking mode and work habits of power plant users,which well applied.
