摘要
单壁碳纳米管(semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes,SWNTs)具有完美的共轭结构和优异的物理化学性能,是后摩尔时代最有可能替代硅纳米材料的候选者之一.本文针对SWNTs阵列的制备,合成了高密度SWNTs阵列,提出了一种面对面生长SWNTs阵列的方法和思路.
Semiconduct single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)had perfect conjugated structures and excellent physical and chemical properties,and they were one of the most likely candidates to replace silicon nanomaterials in the post-moore era.Aiming at the research goal of the preparation of SWNTs arrays,this thesis synthesized high-density SWNTs arrays,and proposed a method and idea for growing SWNTs arrays face to face.
