摘要 本文建立了高效液相色谱测定钙铝氧化物中铝含量的方法.以Dionex IonPac^TM CS16阳离子交换色谱柱为固定相,37mM的硫酸水溶液为流动相,用RI-101示差拆光检测器对样品钙铝氧化物中的铝进行分析.实验结果显示,高效液相色谱法测定铝含量的线性范围为0.119~5.948g·L^-1,线性回归方程的线性相关系数为0.9999,测定方法的检出限为0.01g·L^-1,回收率为95.4%~108.9%.本法用于测定钙铝氧化物中的铝含量,易操作,准确度和精密度较高,可作为常规铝元素含量的检测方法. A determination method of aluminum in a mixture of aluminum oxide and calcium oxide by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established equipped with Dionex IonPac^TM CS16 and RI-101 RID,eluted in a 37mM solution of sulfuric acid,a calibration curve based on aluminum standard established.The range of linearity was 0.119~5.948g/L,the linear correlation coefficient R was 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.01g/L,and the recovery was 95.45%~108.9%.The quantitative results of the analysis by HPLC indicated that the recovery,precision and accuracy met the determination demand of aluminum,the method was suitable for the determinion of aluminum oxide.
