摘要
上海市嘉定区某污水处理厂设计规模为10万m^3/d,原设计出水水质为国家城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级B标准(GB 18918—2002)。结合进水水质特点和建设条件,提标改造工程采用“曝气生物滤池+高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池”的组合深度处理工艺,强化有机物去除能力和硝化反硝化能力,辅以高效沉淀池内投加粉末活性炭,强化对TP、SS和难降解有机物的去除能力。设计中采用集约布置方式以节约用地,综合考虑运行管理以实现不停产改造。从调试运行结果来看,提标改造工程的实施能够使污水处理厂出水完全达到上海市地标排放标准。
Original design effluent quality standard of a 10×10^4 m^3/d wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Jiading District of Shanghai is frist grade B criteria according to GB 18918—2002.Considering influent quality characteristics and construction conditions,biological aerated filter and denitrification biofilter are used to strengthen the ability of organic matter removal,nitrification and denitrification.Meanwhile,powder activated carbon is added into coagulation sedimentation tank to strengthen the ability of TP,SS and refractory organic removal.In the design,intensive layout is adopted to save land,and actual conditions are considered to keep operation of the WWTP.Based on the results of commissioning and operation,effluent quality is completely superior to Shanghai landmark discharge standards.
