钱江地下式集约化污水处理厂设计方案 被引量:8

摘要 钱江污水处理厂自1997年建设以来历经3次提标改造及扩建工程,实现全厂总设计规模为34×10^4 m^3/d,目前已达到满负荷运行。2020年启动四期扩建工程,设计规模为40×10^4 m^3/d,处理工艺采用“初沉池+五段Bardenpho生反池+双层二沉池+高效沉淀池+滤布滤池+消毒”工艺,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。水厂采用地下式二层建设形式,负二层构筑物通过渠道相连,紧凑布置,附属建筑物置于构筑物之上(负一层),通过构、建筑物的集成一体化设计,极大节约了用地,用地指标为2500 m^2/(10^4 m^3·d)。文中详细介绍了工程的工艺流程、设计参数及设计重点,为类似工程案例提供参考。 Qianjiang Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP)has been upgraded and reconstructed for three times since its construction in 1997,achieving a total design capacity of 34×10^4 m^3/d,which is running at full load.The fourth phase of the expansion project will be launched in 2020,with a capacity of 40×10^4 m^3/d.The treatment process adopts primary sedimentation tank+Bardenpho bioreactor+double-layer secondary sedimentation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+filter cloth filter+disinfection process.The quality of the effluent is designed to meet first grade A criteria of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).Underground double-layer construction WWTP is adopted in the WWTP.The negative two-story structures are connected by channels and are compactly arranged.The auxiliary buildings are placed on the structures(negative first story).The land is greatly saved by integrated design of the structure and the building,and land use index is only 2500 m^2/(104 m^3·d).The engineering process flow,design parameters and design focus are also introduced.
