南淝河沉积物中PAEs的赋存特征及环境风险评价 被引量:1

Occurrence Characteristics and Environmental Risk Assessment of Phthalate Acid Esters(PAEs)in Sediments of Nanfeihe River

摘要 对合肥市城市河道南淝河表层沉积物中的16种邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)物质进行了检测,分析了其组成特征和沿河道的分布特征,然后对USEPA优先控制污染物名单上的PAEs类物质进行了生态风险评价,最后利用主成分分析法对其可能的来源进行了推测。结果表明,南淝河沉积物中的PAEs总含量偏高,总浓度为3.311~44.353μg/g(dw),其中,DiBP浓度最高,平均为13.820μg/g(dw),其次是DEHP、DBP,这3种PAEs的浓度之和占16种PAEs总浓度的95.9%。沉积物中的PAEs类物质与城市工业生产、生活关系密切,在支流汇流处和污水处理厂排水口下游的PAEs浓度急剧升高。6种USEPA优先控制污染物名单中含量最高的PAEs为DEHP和DBP,而DEHP则存在高生态风险,DBP具有中等生态风险,DEP和DMP具有低生态风险,BBP则几乎无生态风险。主成分分析结果表明,16种PAEs的来源可能主要有3类:第一类是城市地表径流形成的溢流污染;第二类是城市污水厂尾水排水;第三类是农业面源污染。 16 kinds of phthalate acid esters(PAEs)in the sediments of Nanfeihe River,an urban river in Hefei City,were tested,and their composition and distribution characteristics along river channel were analyzed.Then,PAEs in the list of USEPA preferentially controlled pollutants were evaluated for ecological risk,and finally possible sources were speculated using principal component analysis.Results showed that total content of PAEs in the sediments of Nanfeihe River was high,with a total concentration of 3.311~44.353μg/g(dw),of which DiBP had the highest concentration,with an average of 13.820μg/g(dw),followed by DEHP,DBP.The sum of concentrations of these three PAEs accounted for 95.9%of the total concentration of 16 PAEs.PAEs in sediments were closely related to urban industrial production and life,and the concentration of PAEs in the downstream of tributary confluence and wasteawter treatment plant was sharply increased.The highest content of 6 PAEs in the list of preferentially controlled pollutants by USEPA was DEHP and DBP,while DEHP had high ecological risk,DBP had medium ecological risk,DEP and DMP had low ecological risk,and BBP had almost no ecological risk.Principal component analysis showed that there were three main sources of 16 PAEs in the sediments of Nanfeihe River.The first source was from urban surface runoff,the second one was from urban sewage treatment,and the third one was from agricultural non-point source production.
