古城复原前期策划阶段BIM应用分析——以江都宫为例

Analysis of BIM Application in the Early Planning Stage of Ancient City Restoration--Take Jiangdu Palace as an Example

针对古城复原项目建设成本高、技术复杂、难度大的问题,以江都宫复原项目为背景,探讨BIM技术在城市复原、钢筋与土建算量造价总投资估算、进度计划管理、项目管理平台的建立、以及数字化建模等方面的应用,为古城复原前期策划方案拓展思路,提供指导和借鉴.

Aiming at the problems of high construction cost,complex technology and great difficulty in the restoration of ancient city,this paper discusses the application of BIM Technology in urban restoration,the total investment estimation of steel bar and civil engineering calculation cost,schedule management,the construction of project management platform,and digital modeling in the context of Jiangdu palace restoration project,so as to expand ideas for the early planning scheme of the restoration of ancient city to provide guidance and reference.
