有效提升群众安全感研究——以北京市朝阳区为研究对象

Research on Effectively Improving the Sense of Security of the Masses——Taking Chaoyang District,Beijing as the Research Object

北京市朝阳区建立了提升群众安全感的八项工作机制,有效地改变了本区群众安全感长期处于低位的不利态势,但受主客观因素的影响,仍有一些问题和困难需要进一步研究和破解。建议通过综合施策,全面落实中央和北京市关于平安建设的总体部署,进一步优化人口结构,完善立体化社会治安防控体系。应加强综合治理,畅通诉求渠道,夯实基层基础,做好正面宣传引导,加强理论研究等措施,补齐现有工作短板,进一步提升各项工作措施、效率、效果,从社会发展的各个方面提高群众的满意度,从而有效提升群众安全感。

Chaoyang District of Beijing has established eight working mechanisms to improve the sense of security of the masses,which has effectively changed the unfavorable situation that the sense of security of the masses in this district has been at a low level for a long time.However,due to the subjective and objective factors,there are still some problems and difficulties that need to be further studied and solved.It is suggested that the overall deployment of the central government and Beijing Municipality on safe construction be fully implemented through comprehensive measures,optimize the population structure,improve the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system,strengthen the comprehensive management,unblock the appeal channels,consolidate the basic level foundation,do a good job in positive publicity and guidance,strengthen the theoretical research and other measures,make up the existing shortcomings,further improve the efficiency of various measures,improve the satisfaction of the masses from all aspects of social development,so as to effectively improve the safety of the masses Full sense.
