血小板配型在提高血小板输注疗效的作用

The Role of Platelet Matching in Improving the Efficacy of Platelet Transfusion

目的:研究分析血小板配型在提高血小板输注疗效的作用。方法:选取我院2019年1月~2019年12月所收治的600例血小板输注患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组与观察组,每组例数均为300例。对照组患者进行随机血小板输注,观察组患者进行血小板配型输注。输注后,对比两组患者输注前后血小板计数以及输注有效率。结果:输注后,观察组患者输注有效率70.7%,显著高于对照组患者输注有效率46.7%,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组患者输注前血小板计数无明显差异,不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;输注后,观察组患者血小板计数(153.4±23.1)×10^9/L,显著高于对照组患者血小板计数(89.67±17.5)×10^9/L,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:血小板输注疗效主要根据是否出现血小板输注无效情况,而血小板配型输注是依据抗体检测结果对患者进行交叉配型输注,从而减少了同种免疫所造成的血小板输注无效,提高血小板输注效率,在临床应用中具有重要意义,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To study the role of platelet matching in improving the efficacy of platelet transfusion.Methods:600 patients with platelet transfusion admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,the number of cases in each group was 300 cases.Patients in the control group received random platelet transfusions,and patients in the observation group received platelet matching transfusions.After infusion,compare the platelet count and efficiency of infusion between the two groups before and after transfusion.Results:After infusion,the effective rate of infusion in the observation group was 70.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,46.7%.The data difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;the platelet count of the two groups was not obvious before infusion The difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05;after infusion,the platelet count of the observation group was(153.4±23.1)×10^9/L,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.67±17.5)×10^9/L,data The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The efficacy of platelet transfusion is mainly based on whether platelet transfusion is ineffective,and platelet matching transfusion is based on antibody test results to cross-match transfusion of patients,thereby reducing the invalid platelet transfusion caused by the same kind of immunity.Improving the efficiency of platelet transfusion is of great significance in clinical application and is worthy of further promotion and application.
