Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing network platform in remote follow-up of patients after enterostomy. Methods:The Luzhou region postoperative care alliance was established in our hospital in July,2021,and the patients with stoma were followed up by the jiaguankou care network. Before the establishment of stoma care network(control group)and after the establishment of stoma care network(observation group),60 patients with stoma were selected to evaluate the incidence of complications and the self-management ability of patients with stoma. Results:Three months after discharge, the incidence of ostomy complications was 23.33%in the observation group and 55.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after discharge, the self-care scale score of patients in both groups was improved compared with that on the day of discharge, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The remote follow-up of patients with enterostomy by constructing a nursing network can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the self-care ability of patients with enterostomy.
