胆结石患者开展全面护理的方法及价值评估

Method and Value Evaluation of Comprehensive Care for Patients with Gallstones

目的:探究胆结石患者采用全面护理模式干预的护理效果。方法:选取2015年8月~2018年8月在我院接受治疗的88例胆结石患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组行全面护理,对比两组临床指标、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术、住院时间分别为(32.15±1.08)min、(11.02±3.18)d,均短于对照组,术中出血量为(29.98±5.08)mL,少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.27%,低于对照组的22.73%(P<0.05)。结论:胆结石患者采用全面护理模式干预的护理效果理想。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of patients with gallstones using comprehensive nursing model intervention.Methods:88 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care and the observation group received comprehensive care.Group clinical indicators and the occurrence of complications.Results:The operation and hospital stays in the observation group were(32.15±1.08)min and(11.02±3.18)d,which were shorter than the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was(29.98±5.08)mL,which was less than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.27%,which was lower than the 22.73%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing effect of comprehensive nursing model intervention for patients with gallstones is ideal.
