优质护理对提高新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗效果和安全性的影响

The Effect of High Quality Nursing on Improving the Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Neonatal Jaundice with Blue Light Irradiation

目的:分析观察新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中应用优质护理取得的效果与安全性。方法:选我院2018年4月至2019年4月接诊的黄疸新生儿60例。按照随机数表分组法将患儿分为两组,对照组和观察组患儿数量都为30例。所有患儿均采取蓝光照射治疗,对照组和观察组患儿分别展开常规性护理方法与优质护理模式。分析不同护理措施取得的临床效果。结果:护理前检测所有患儿的血清胆红素水平,对照组和观察组并无区别,护理后检测血清胆红素水平,观察组患儿明显低于对照组,数据差异对比P<0.05,具有统计学意义;对比两组患儿住院时间与不良反应发生率,观察组患儿住院时间更短,不良反应发生率更低,数据差异P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论:黄疸新生儿采用蓝光照射期间予以优质护理措施可快速降低血清胆红素水平,缩短住院时间,有效降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze and observe the effect and safety of high quality nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice with blue light irradiation.Methods:60 jaundiced newborns from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.The children were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The number of children in the control group and the observation group was 30.All the children were treated with blue light irradiation.The control group and the observation group carried out routine nursing methods and high-quality nursing mode respectively.To analyze the clinical effect of different nursing measures.Results:There was no difference between the control group and the observation group in the detection of serum bilirubin level before nursing care.After nursing care,the detection of serum bilirubin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the data difference was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Compared with the hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the observation group had shorter hospitalization time and lower incidence of adverse reactions The data difference was P<0.05,which was consistent with statistical significance.Conclusion:High quality nursing measures during the period of blue light irradiation can reduce the level of serum bilirubin,shorten the hospitalization time and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
