快速康复理念护理对腹外疝患者术后恢复及并发症的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept Nursing on Postoperative Recovery and Complications of Patients with External Abdominal Hernia

目的:本文主要研究快速康复护理对腹外疝患者术后恢复及并发症的影响。方法:将我院110例腹外疝患者分成参照组与实验组,每组55例,参照组实施常规护理,实验组给予快速康复理念护理,将两组护理效果进行比较。结果:护理干预后,实验组胃肠恢复与首次排便时间都要比参照组短,且并发症发生率低于参照组,均P<0.05,差异显著。结论:快速康复理念护理对腹外疝患者术后恢复与并发症的影响较为显著,能够减少并发症发生,促进术后恢复。

Objective:To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery and complications of patients with external abdominal hernia.Methods:110 patients with external abdominal hernia in our hospital were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,55 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation concept nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the gastrointestinal recovery and the first defecation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on postoperative recovery and complications of patients with external abdominal hernia,which can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote postoperative recovery.
