人性化护理在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术治疗中的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing in the Treatment of Acute Perforation of Duodenal Ulcer

目的:本文主要探讨人性化护理在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术治疗中的应用。方法:将我院50例十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者分成参照组与实验组,各25例,参照组给予常规护理,实验组给予人性化护理,将两组患者临床效果进行比较。结果:实验组手术成功率明显要比参照组高,并且出血量、肛门排气时间均要优于参照组,均P<0.05,差异显著。结论:人性化护理在十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔手术治疗中的应用效果显著。

Objective:This paper mainly discusses the application of humanized nursing in the treatment of acute perforation of duodenal ulcer.Methods:50 patients with acute perforation of duodenal ulcer in our hospital were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,25 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine care and the experimental group was given humanized care.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of operation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the amount of bleeding and the time of anal exhaust were better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in the treatment of acute perforation of duodenal ulcer is significant.
