“一带一路”视域下中俄体育文化交流的价值、现状与路径分析

Analysis of the value,status and path of Chinese and Russian sports culture exchange under the sight of the Belt and Road Initiative

运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,系统整理中俄体育文化交往历史、现状与未来趋势,探索“一带一路”背景下中俄体育文化交流的历史使命、现实价值与发展路径。结果表明,中俄体育文化交流虽有局限但已具备良好基础,通过与“一带一路”倡议的有机结合,有利于树立中国与“一带一路”国家文化交流的典范;中俄体育文化交流将拥有更广阔的发展前景;为中俄体育外交注入新内涵;推动中俄体育文化交流机制的创新发展。“一带一路”背景下,中俄体育文化交流要继续夯实官方交流,增加民间交流,落实地方交流;通过“一带一路”为中俄体育文化交流开拓新领域;利用好“一带一路”体育赛事的传播载体;积极构建“一带一路”框架下的中俄体育文化交流的组织机制。

This paper uses the literature data method and logic analysis method to systematically organize the history,current situation and future trends of Sino-Russian sports culture exchanges,and explore the historical mission,realistic value and development path of Sino-Russian sports culture exchange under the background of the"Belt and Road".The results show that although the Sino-Russian sports culture exchange has limitations,it has a good foundation.Through the organic combination with the"Belt and Road Initiative",it is conducive to establish a model of cultural exchange between China and the"Belt and Road"countries,provide a broader development prospect,inject new connotations into Sino-Russian sports diplomacy,and promote the innovative development of Sino-Russian sports culture exchange mechanism.Under the background of"Belt and Road",Sino-Russian sports and cultural exchanges should continue to consolidate official exchanges,increase non-governmental exchanges,and implement local exchanges;open up new areas for Sino-Russian sports and cultural exchanges through"One Belt,One Road";make good use of the"Belt and Road"sports events propagation carrier;actively construct the organizational mechanism of Sino-Russian sports culture exchange under the framework of the"Belt and Road".
