摘要
为了满足新型气垫船垫升风机轴承的润滑需求,实现垫升风机轴承润滑脂的国产化,对垫升风机轴承润滑脂进行了研制。根据垫升风机轴承处于水环境的工况特点,拟定了垫升风机轴承润滑脂的技术指标。通过对基础油,稠化剂和添加剂的筛选,垫升风机轴承润滑脂由聚α-烯烃(PAO10+PAO40)合成油,12-羟基硬脂酸/癸二酸复合锂皂,3.0%复合抗磨极压剂(1.0%硫氮型抗磨极压剂+1.0%有机钼抗磨极压剂+1.0%硫磷型抗磨极压剂),1.5%复合抗氧剂(1.0%二苯胺型抗氧剂+0.5%受阻酚抗氧剂)和1.0%磷酸酯型防锈剂组成,其工艺参数为12-羟基硬脂酸与癸二酸的摩尔比为1∶0.50,最高皂化温度210℃~215℃,皂化时间10 min^15 min,在油浴中自然冷却。垫升风机轴承润滑脂的水淋流失量(38℃,1 h)为1.02%,FE8轴承磨损试验为25.4 mg,FE9轴承寿命试验为230 h,达到了研制目标,与进口Load 220润滑脂的性能相当。实际应用表明,垫升风机轴承润滑脂能够满足新型气垫船垫升风机轴承的润滑需求。
In order to meet the lubrication requirements of the bearing grease of cushion-lifting fan and realize the localization of the bearing grease of cushion-lifting fan,the bearing grease of cushion-lifting fan was developed.According to the working condition characteristics of the bearing in water environment,the technical indexes of the bearing grease of cushion-lifting fan were worked out.Through the selection of base Stocks,thickeners and additives,the bearing grease of cushion-lifting fan was composed of polyalphaolefin(PAO10+PAO40)synthetic oils,12-hydroxystearic acid/sebacic acid composite lithium soap,3.0%complex AW/EP additive(1.0%sulfur-nitrogen type AW/EP additive+1.0%organic molybdenum type AW/EP additive+1.0%sulfur-phosphorus type AW/EP additive),1.5%complex antioxidant(1.0%diphenylamine type antioxidant+0.5%hindered phenol antioxidant)and 1.0%phosphate type rust inhibitor.Its process parameters were that the molar ratio of 12-hydroxystearic acid and sebacic acid was 1∶0.50,the maximum saponification temperature was 210℃~215℃,the saponification time was 10 min^15 min,and it was naturally cooled in the oil bath.The water loss of bearing grease of cushion-lifting fan(38℃,1 h)was 1.02%,the wear test of FE8 bearing was 25.4 mg,and the life test of FE9 bearing was 230 h,which had reached the development goal,and was equivalent to the performances of imported load 220 grease.The practical application showed that the bearing grease of cushionlifting fan could meet the lubricating requirement of new type of bearing for hovercraft cushion-lifting fan.
