润滑油作为保障机械部件正常运转的关键要素,其性能直接影响到机械部件运行的可靠性,稳定性及安全性。对在用润滑油进行监测,及时更换掉失效的润滑油是有效保障机械部件正常运转的必要条件,但实时在线检测在用润滑油的性能是当前的一大技术难题。从国内外现状及存在的问题对在用润滑油检测技术进行了综述。开发新型传感器,研究新的数据处理方法和应用高光谱技术是在线检测技术的发展方向。

As the key element to ensure the normal operation of mechanical components,the reliability,stability and safety of mechanical components operation was directly affected by the performances of lubricants.It was necessary to monitor the lubricants in-use and replace the failed lubricants timely to ensure the mechanical components operation normally.However,it was a major technical problem at present to detect the performances of in-use lubricants on line.The detecting technology of in-use lubricants were reviewed through the present situation and existing problems at home and abroad.It was a development trend of on-line detection to develop new sensors,research new data processing methods,and apply hyperspectral technology.
