摘要
“中国制造2025”行动纲领表明,借助“互联网+”行动计划促进我国制造业向智能制造、绿色制造转型升级,将成为我国经济发展的新动能,也是我国由制造大国到制造强国的关键。基于互联网发展促进制造业转型升级的机理分析,收集2003—2016年我国互联网及制造业的省级面板数据,实证分析互联网发展对我国制造业升级(高度化与合理化维度)的影响,结果显示互联网发展能显著促进我国制造业转型升级,并提出大力进行互联网技术和平台建设为主的基础设施建设的措施,以提高互联网服务水平及促进制造业协同创新,进而推动我国制造业转型升级为智能制造和绿色制造。
Made in China 2025 strategy indicates that promoting the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry to intelligent and green manufacturing by means of the“internet+”action plan will become a new driving force for China’s economic development,and will be the key to China’s transformation from a big country to a powerful country in manufacturing industry.Based on the mechanism analysis of the promoting impact of the development of internet on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,this paper empirically analyzes the impacts of the development of internet on the upgrading(advancement and rationalization)of China’s manufacturing industry with the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2016.The results show that the development of internet can obviously promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.It puts forward the measures for vigorously carrying out the infrastructure construction of the internet technology and platform to improve the level of internet services and promote the collaborative innovation in the manufacturing to push the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry to intelligent and green manufacturing.
