左氧氟沙星与哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗泌尿系统感染临床疗效观察对比

Clinical Observation and Comparison of Levofloxacin and Piperacillin/Tazobartan in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的:对比在泌尿系统感染治疗中,分别使用左氧氟沙星与哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗的效果。方法:随机选取90例泌尿系统感染患者为研究对象,对照组使用左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组使用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.55%,明显高于对照组80.00%的总有效率(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清IL-6、IL-8,尿液TF水平均较治疗前低,但是各指标前后变化幅度上,研究组较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间研究组不良反应总发生率为4.44%,与对照组6.67%的总发生率上无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对泌尿系统感染,相较于左氧氟沙星,使用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦疗效及安全性均更高,值得推广。

Objective:To compare the effects of levofloxacin and piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods:Ninety patients with urinary tract infection were randomly selected as the study subjects.The control group was treated with levofloxacin.The study group was treated with piperacillin/tazobactam.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.55%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6,IL-8 and urine TF levels were better after treatment.Before the low,but the change range of the indicators before and after the study group was more obvious than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group during the treatment period was 4.44%,compared with 6.67%of the control group there was no significant difference in incidence(P>0.05).Conclusion:For urinary tract infections,the efficacy and safety of piperacillin/tazobactam is higher than that of levofloxacin,which is worthy of promotion.
