牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液炎性因子的影响

Effects of Periodontal Basal Therapy on Inflammatory Factors of Gingival Crevicular Fluid in Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

目的:探究牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液炎性因子的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-12月期间,我院收治慢性牙周炎患者64例,均应用牙周基础治疗的为实验组。选择同期接受我院健康体检,拥有健康牙周的64例健康群众为对照组。探究牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液炎性因子的影响。结果:实验组治疗前、后的龈沟液内炎性因子水平均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组经治疗后龈沟液内炎性因子水平较治疗前均明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。牙周指标比较,实验组治疗后显著低于治疗前,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组血清炎症因子治疗前、后均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组经治疗后血清炎症因子水平较治疗前明显降低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性牙周炎患者应用牙周基础治疗,疗效确切,显著减少龈沟液炎性因子,改善牙周指标,减少血清炎性因子水平,可推荐。

Objective:To investigate the effect of periodontal basal therapy on inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:From January to December 2018,64 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group.A total of 64 healthy people with healthy periodontal disease were selected as the control group.To explore the effect of periodontal basal therapy on inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis.Results:the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid before and after treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid in the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,with significant differences(P<0.05).The periodontal index of the experimental group was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Serum inflammatory factors in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group before and after treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).The serum levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of periodontal basic therapy for patients with chronic periodontitis has a definite curative effect,which can significantly reduce the inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid,improve the periodontal index and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
