降钙素原与C-反应蛋白水平检测在新生儿感染性黄疸中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Procalcitonin and C-reactive Protein Detection in Neonatal Infectious Jaundice

目的:分析降钙素原(PCT)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测在诊断新生儿感染性黄疸中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月于我院进行治疗感染性黄疸患儿600例作为观察组,另选取同期出生的健康新生儿600例为对照组,分别采集两组新生儿股静脉血3ml,检测血液标本中PCT及CRP水平,分析PCT、CRP水平与疾病的相关性、比较PCT、CRP,PCT与CRP联合检测的诊断价值。结果:观察组PCT水平为(9. 46±1. 53)!g/L、CRP水平为(14. 35±4. 45) mg/L明显高于对照组(0. 37±0. 11)!g/L、(1. 82±0. 94) mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组中轻度患儿PCT及CRP水平最低,其次为中度及重度患儿,三组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);PCT与CRP联合检测感染性黄疸阳性率高于PCT与CRP单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:在新生儿感染性黄疸中PCT及CRP阳性检出率较高,其水平高低可反映患儿病情的严重程度,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective:To analyze the application value of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)detection in diagnosis of neonatal infectious jaundice.Methods:600 newborns with infectious jaundice who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group,and 600 healthy newborns who were born in the same period were selected as the control group.The femoral venous blood 3ml of two groups was taken,and the levels of PCT and CRP in the blood samples were detected.The correlation of PCT and CRP levels with the disease was analyzed,and the diagnostic value of PCT,CRP,PCT combined with CRP was compared.Results:The levels of PCT and CRP in the observation group[(9.46±1.53)g/L,(14.35±4.45)mg/L]were significantly higher than those in the control group[(0.37±0.11)g/L,(1.82±0.94)mg/L],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The levels of PCT and CRP of mild and moderate newborns in the observation group were the lowest,followed by moderate and severe newborns,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive rate of infectious jaundice of PCT combined with CRP detection was higher than that of single detection of PCT or CRP,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCT and CRP in neonatal infectious jaundice have higher positive detection rate,and its level can reflect the severity of condition in the newborns,which has higher diagnostic value.
