摘要
采用静电纺丝工艺制备的掺杂负离子粉的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)纳米纤维,可对PM 2.5进行有效过滤并能释放负离子。通过调节负离子粉质量分数控制纤维形貌,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察纤维形态结构,并研究了PVDF纳米纤维的空气过滤性能和负离子释放性能。结果表明:随着负离子粉质量分数的增加,纤维平均直径先迅速减小而后逐渐增大。当负离子粉质量分数达9%时,负离子粉颗粒在纤维表面团聚。过滤效率和气流阻力先上升后下降。负离子粉质量分数为3%时,过滤品质因子达到最大,且负离子释放量显著增加。
Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)nanofibers doped with anion powder(AP)were prepared by electrospinning to efficiently sieve PM 2.5 and robustly release anions.Fiber morphologies formed by subtly regulating the mass fraction of AP were observed by using the scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the air filtration property and the anion release capacity of the PVDF nanofibers were investigated.The results show that the average fiber diameter decreases rapidly and then increases with the increasing AP mass fraction.AP particles aggregate on fiber surface when the mass fraction of AP reaches 9%.The filtration efficiency and the airflow resistance rise initially and then drop.The quality factor achieves the maximum and the anion release amount enhances significantly when the mass fraction of AP is 3%.
