摘要
医院PPP项目具有利益相关方众多、结构复杂的特点,对项目治理提出了新要求。通过对医院PPP项目利益相关方的调研分析,运用社会网络分析方法识别出医院PPP项目治理的核心干系人,然后通过UCINET6.0软件分析该类项目的治理结构,以期对核心干系人实施治理行为提供参考。
The hospital construction PPP project has the characteristics of numerous stakeholders and complex structure,which puts forward new requirements for project governance.Through the investigation and analysis of the stakeholders of PPP public hospital project,this paper uses the social network analysis method to identify the core governance stakeholders of hospital PPP project,then analyzes the project governance structure through UCINET6.0 software,in order to provide references for the implementation of governance behavior by core stakeholders.
