尼龙612及其共聚物聚合反应动力学

摘要 使用自制的聚合装置对尼龙612及尼龙612/6共聚物的聚合反应动力学进行研究,聚合时间为80^200min,温度分别为230、240、250℃。结果表明:尼龙612在聚合过程中符合二级反应动力学,在上述3种反应温度下,聚合反应速率常数分别为0.0194、0.0247、0.0312kg/(mol·min),聚合反应活化能为49.10kJ/mol;尼龙612/6共聚物的聚合反应级数为三级,3种反应温度下聚合反应速率常数依次为0.7751、0.7822、0.7901kg^2/(mol^2·min),反应活化能为2.10kJ/mol;在常压恒温聚合阶段,己内酰胺的加入使得尼龙612/6共聚物具有更高的转化率,此时酸催化反应占据优势。 The polymerization reaction kinetics of nylon 612 and nylon 612/6 copolymers were studied using self-assembled polymerization device with polymerization time of 80 to 200 min at 230,240 and 250℃,respectively.The results show that nylon 612 accords with the secondary reaction kinetics in this process.Its polymerization rate constants are 0.0194,0.0247 and 0.0312 kg/(mol·min)at the three above temperatures respectively,and the activation energy is 49.10 kJ/mol.The polymerization reaction order of nylon 612/6 copolymer is three,and the reaction rate constants are 0.7751,0.7822 and 0.7901 kg^2/(mol^2·min)under three different temperatures.The activation energy of the copolymerization is 2.10 kJ/mol.It indicates that the addition of caprolactam in the phase of constant temperature and atmospheric pressure polymerization results in a higher degree of conversion rate of nylon 612/6 copolymer,at which time the acid-catalyzed reaction is dominant.
