多通道转杯纺羊毛织物的Stearns-Noechel配色模型 被引量:4

摘要 为利用多通道转杯纺纱机实现对羊毛纤维的混合与成纱一体式生产,并研究羊毛混色织物的混色规律,采用红、黄、蓝3种颜色的纯羊毛粗纱,根据不同配色比例纺制出混色纱线,再分别织造针织平纹织物和机织斜纹织物,测量其光谱反射率。建立关于多通道转杯混色织物的Stearns-Noechel配色模型,并计算模型参数M,得到由赋值法得出的M1和基于M与波长分段线性相关理论得出的M2。结果表明:试验中两种织物结构对多通道转杯混色织物模型参数的取值影响不大;M的取值分布与波长之间的线性相关性不高;由上述2种模型参数预测得到的混色织物平均色差均小于1;由赋值法得到的参数M1预测的样本色差均小于0.5,在预测配色中运用更为简便。 To realize the integrated production of mixed and finished wool fibers using multi-channel rotor spinning machine,and to study the color-mixed rules of the mixed fabrics,the pure wool rovings in red,yellow and blue colors were used to spin the color-mixed yarn according different color mixing ratios.The spectral reflectance of knitted plain fabric and woven twill fabric weaved by color-mixed yarns were measured.The Stearns-Noechel color matching model for multi-channel rotor spun color-mixed fabrics was established,and its parameter M was calculated.Thus the M 1 from the assignment method and the M 2 from the theory of Linear correlation between M and wavelength segmentation were obtained.The results show that the two fabric structures in the test have no significant effect on the parameters in the multi-channel rotor spun color-mixed fabric model.There is no remarkable linear correlation relationship between wavelength and M value.The average color differences of mixed fabrics predicted by the two model parameters are all less than 1.The sample color difference predicted by parameter M 1 obtained from assignment method is less than 0.5,and it is more concise and convenient in the application of color matching.
