边部涂胶针织物拉伸曲褶模拟

摘要 针对针织物卷边问题,以边部涂胶的纬平针织物为研究对象,建立边部涂胶针织物的有限元模型。采用数值模拟方法对边部涂胶针织物的拉伸变形进行分析,提出用于评价曲褶变形的指标,并通过对比模拟和试验结果验证了有限元模型的正确性。研究不同涂胶工艺参数对曲褶变形的影响,并采用正交试验方法找到最优的涂胶工艺参数。结果表明,在涂胶三角形顶角为50°、涂胶针织物厚度为0.35mm、涂胶三角形间距为29mm、胶体弹性模量为1.75 MPa时,边部涂胶针织物的曲褶变形最小。 To investigate the problem of knitted fabric curling,the finite element model of edge-coated knitted fabric was established with the weft knitted fabric coating in side as the object.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the tensile deformation of the knitted fabric,and the indicators for evaluating the buckling deformation were proposed.Compared with the experimental data,the correctness of finite element simulation was verified.The effect of different coating parameters on buckling deformation was studied,and the optimum coating parameters were found by orthogonal experiment.The results show that the buckling deformation will be the smallest when the apex angle of the coating triangle is 50°,the thickness of the knitted coating fabric is 0.35 mm,the distance between the coating triangles is 29 mm,and the colloidal elastic modulus is 1.75 MPa.
