摘要
采用稳态、动态和瞬态的试验方法,深入研究空间太阳电池阵贴装胶黏剂的流变特性。稳态测试结果表明:胶黏剂属于剪切变稀型非牛顿流体;加入银粉和固化剂的胶黏剂C黏度值最低、流动性最好。动态测试结果表明:银粉和固化剂的加入增强了胶黏剂的黏性行为;胶黏剂C始终表现出较强的黏性行为,具有稳定的黏弹性。瞬态测试结果表明,胶黏剂均具有显著的触变性能。
The rheological properties of mounting adhesives for space solar cells array are studied by steady-state,dynamic and transient methods.The results show that the adhesives belong to the shear thinning non-Newtonian fluid in the steady test.The adhesive specimen C with silver powder and curing agent has the lowest viscosity and the best fluidity.In dynamic testing,the addition of silver powder and curing agent enhances the viscous behavior of the adhesive.The adhesive specimen C always shows strong viscous behavior and has stable viscoelasticity.In transient test,the adhesives have significant thixotropy.
