摘要
针对油田修井作业车辆上修井机作业动力系统的功耗大、效率低等问题,提出了使用高效率、高启动转矩的开关磁阻电机来替代传统作业动力系统的解决方案。基于Ansoft软件中的Rmxprt模块,设计了开关磁阻电机的本体模型,并对其进行了仿真分析和优化设计,得到了其SRM的相电流、转矩、功率、效率等曲线。基于STM32和CPLD实现了电机控制和驱动系统的设计。利用硬件电路实现了其CCC控制电路,实现了其彻底的软启动和高效运行,也实现了其在企业的批量应用。相对于柴油动力修井机而言,该大功率开关磁阻电机系统的综合节能降耗效果十分显著。
In view of the problems of high power consumption and low efficiency of the workover rig operation power system on the workover vehicle in the oil field,a solution of replacing the traditional operation power system with high efficiency and high starting torque switched reluctance motor is proposed.Based on the Rmxprt module of Ansoft software,the main body model of SRM is designed,and its simulation analysis and optimization design are carried out.The curves of phase current,torque,power and efficiency of SRM are obtained.Based on STM32 and CPLD,the design of motor control and drive system is realized.Using hardware circuit to realize its CCC control circuit,realize its thorough soft start and efficient operation,and also realize its batch application in the enterprise.Compared with the diesel powered workover rig,the comprehensive energy saving and consumption reduction effect of the high-power SRM system is very significant.
