临床医学专业硕士研究生党员双重组织生活的实践探究

Research on the Practice of the Dual Organization Life of the Party Members of Professional Degree Postgraduates Majoring in Clinical Medicine

加强党的建设工作是研究生德育工作的重要环节,并轨培养模式下的临床医学专业硕士研究生党员管理作为全面推进住院医师规范化培训工作的重要内容,目前国内还没有比较成熟的模式。本文以广州中医药大学第一临床医学院(第一附属医院)为例,剖析现状及存在的问题,通过以直属风湿科党支部作为试点,探索双重组织生活新模式,提高研究生党员培养质量。

Strengthening Party building is an important part of the moral education of postgraduates.The management of Party members of professional degree postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine under the integrated training mode is an important part of comprehensively promoting the standardized training of resident physicians.At present,there is no relatively mature model in China.Taking the First Clinical Medical College(First Affiliated Hospital)of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems.By using the Party branch of the rheumatology department as a pilot,it explores a new model of dual organization life,in order to improve the training quality of postgraduate Party members.
