语言是人与人之间情感沟通和思想交流的常用手段,既是一项工具,也是一门艺术。辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作的主力军,良好的语言表达能力是其必须熟练掌握和运用的一项重要技能。辅导员在日常学生工作中恰当地运用语言艺术将会使工作取得事半功倍的效果。因此,为了提高思想政治教育工作的实效性,辅导员应加强语言表达能力的修养,不断学习和研究以提升自己的语言表达艺术。

Language is a common means of emotional communication and exchange of ideas between people.It is both a tool and an art.As the main force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,counselors must master and use good language expression ability.The proper use of language art by counselors in daily student work will make their work more effective.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,counselors should strengthen the cultivation of language expression skills,and constantly study and research to improve their art of language expression.
