Exploration and Practice of New Methods in Teaching of"Mechanics of Materials"

材料力学是高等院校工科专业一门重要的基础课,是土木、机械、材料等专业的必修内容。由于不同专业学生的教育背景不一致,他们对材料力学内容的接受能力也参差不齐。针对材料力学教学面临的这一问题,课堂教学中采用思维导图、多媒体和微课等多种方法相结合的教学方式,实现了教学内容化繁为简,降低了学习难度,提高了学生学习的积极性。

Mechanics of Materials is one of the important basic courses for undergraduate students in colleges and universities,and it is a compulsory course in the departments of civil engineering,mechanics engineering,materials and so on.In considering of the different backgrounds and abilities of the students,we propose a series of new teaching methods including thinking map,multimedia and micro-class,to simplify the course,reduce the difficulty of learning,and incite the enthusiasm of students to learn.
